I then used a thumbnail to force the clasp to open a bit so I could fit the other end of the provided chain into it. The koi fish are significant for her because they are her grandmother's favourite sign. It is a delicate chain so I was reluctant to force the clasp but after receiving word from your company, I went ahead and did that. Fortunately, there were no mishaps and the necklace is just fine.
